My whole body itches on a regular basis. Ongoing problem for a couple of months. Go out in sun..body itches..sitting in AC in office body suddenly itches, face turns reddish suddenly ... please help why this is happening

With ur description its looking like chronic urticaria , it is a kind of skin allergy .pls visit a dermatologist for proper treatment
