I am someone who works out multiple times a week, eats fairly healthy and doesn’t eat that much but still don’t look in shape at all. I’m a very skinny person but it seems all my weight goes to my stomach. For the past couple of months I’ve been trying to gain muscle and I’ve been doing ab workouts every night and drinking homemade smoothies everyday and protein shakes. One of my biggest problems is that I don’t eat many meals daily. But I’d think that’d make me more skinnny not out of shape.
