Body acne especially upper back.
Body acne for the last one year. My friend thought they will go with time but they haven't. He has started taking medication from past one week. A soap, dusting powder amd oral medicines but there is not much effect on body acne till now. (in a week). Does it mean it is more severe and he'll need more medication or he needs to give it time?

Dusting powder won't work for acne.along with oral medications some topical creams need to be started.and it takes some time to resolve more than a week.kindly share details and a picture on my personal consult for further management.
