Body ache, headache, Gas , mild fever
Respected sir, From 23rd march evening Symptoms : 1. Continuous very mild headache, 2. Light fever 98.2 3. Body pain and specially waist, 4. Toilet not clear, lot of gas, 5. Sometimes filling chill All symptoms are from last evening Action taken : Rest from last night, Drinking till now 3.5 lit of warm water, taking last night tekast  L only So please advice what to do... I don't taken paracetamol till now, Please help me and advice
