Body ache, cold runny nose, fever
I've been having a headache and body ache for the past two days along with runny nose and chills. I also have a lower back pain.

Most probably it is a viral fever.just take paracetamol 500 mg and take two days rest.if not improving check your blood and urine for any infections.
