Blurry Left Eye Vision
My left vision is  a bit Blurr , I can see everything when I wake in morning and slow slowly till evening it goes a bit blurr , Right eye is perfectly fine. I consulted 2-3 opthalmologist they told everything is fine and its just dry eyes and given me Genteal and Lacrygel . i worked on Computer for 7-8 hours . I use Genteal Eye drop and Lacrygel lubricant a 3 times a day as suggested by Doctor in both eyes. On using it for a month or 2 month i get a lot of releif and once I stop using this within 3-4 months I get again this vision issue. Most of time I face this problem in winters Because of this Vision Issue , I get light reflection issue in night while driving . I am using Driving  specs while driving , also Blue Ray glasses while working on laptop or seeing mobile Instead of all this getting this issue frequently Please suggest.

Hi... You can go for a proper dry eye evaluation to check for the cause and management.

Hello Sir.. mostly the issue is of dryness of eyes. ‌Few instructions: 1. Follow 20-20 rule. After every 20 minutes of any near work say laptops, mobile or reading take a break and focus for 20 seconds at a far away object at least 20 meters away. 2. Frequently blink your eyes while working, if not possible to remind yourself to blink then at least after 30 minutes of your work slowly close your eyes 10 times. 3. Adequate water intake at least 3-4 litres per day 4. Adequate sleep at least for 7-8 hours 5. Do not rub the eye 6. Use anti reflective coated glasses if you have spectacles 7. Cold compress to the eyes 3 times a day (Can dip clean cotton in refrigerator cold water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds) 8. Continue with Eyedrops Genteal and Eye ointment Lacrigel
