Blurry eyes
I'm a student, I do online study daily.. My screen time is another 12-14 hours a day.. after studying when I lie down on my back and started watching or reading something on my phone.. My vision start to get blurry then I have to squeeze my eyes or blink couple of times to regain focus... It's not like it pains there but it happens to me quite often , especially while I'm reading something on my phone... So, is that normal or should I go for check up... Also recently I started using anti glare glasses

Hi, while studying on computer, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Keep yourself hydrated. You can use plano antireflective/ blue lens glasses while using computer. Eye drop teardrops 4 times a day for 1 month will help eye strain.
