Blurring during rapid motion of eyes.
Is it normal to have blurring when eyes are moved rapidly from one side to another? It feels like tear is moving along with eyes. When eyes are not in motion, I don't have any issues.

I don't think you have any abnormality in the eyes. It is normal to have blurring in rapid eye movements. I suggest you not to move your eyes so rapidly.
