Blurriness in Vision
In last few months i could observe blurriness in my vision. I'm computer programmer generally i spend on average 12 hours in front of computer screen and in last year alcohol consumption has gone from low to medium. Can i directly use spectacles or visiting doc is needed, pl, suggest.

Please get your refraction done again. You are having computer vision syndrome. Please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily. And rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids

Follow 20 20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every 20 minutes. keep proper distance between eyes and screen. wash your eyes with freshwater frequently. Don't sit facing towards ac or blowers .take rest for few minutes after every hour.

You need to visit ophthalmologist for your eye check up ..need to check spectacles correction and get your eyes examined to rule out dryness which could be due to excessive computer use

It would be ideal to visit an ophthalmologist. Your Refractive error (glasses number) needs to be checked. Since you are spending a lot of time in front of the computer screen, you could be facing a CVS ( computer vision syndrome) due to the dryness of eyes. Also your eye movements need to be checked (a difficulty in converging the eyes for longer durations could be due to convergence insufficiency)
