Hello dear....regarding your first question...there is no natural way(diet/medicine) to get rid of glasses....lasik is best bet but if u are not interested then only one option left that is contact lens.. Regarding your secong problem.. It is computer vision syndrome..dryness due to prolonged computer work....measures to prevent this are...take breaks after every 1 hour of laptop work....blink a lot...do cold compresses...use antiglare glasses and use good lubricating eyedrop..i hope this answers ur query

If you are already using glasses, other options include contact lenses, as already nicely explained by another doctor. Laser or LASIK results are usually irreversible. An advanced reversible option for any power is lens implants inside the eyes. Benefits are long lasting, but is also reversible. Whether using glasses or not, if you are facing blurred vision only after prolonged use of computer, like towards the afternoon or end of the day, it could be due to induced dryness of the eyes. This is also known as Computer Vision Syndrome. To overcome this, you have to take simple measures such as taking frequent short breaks from computer work, washing the closed eyes with cold water, drinking at least 2 to 3 litres of water daily and such home remedies. If these are of no help, then lubricant eye drops or other treatment may be advised by your ophthalmologist.

Hi, consider soft contact lens. A soft contact lens is a hydrophilic (water loving) disc that floats on your cornea. Like prescription glasses, a contact lens is specifically shaped to focus light into the retina of your eye. But unlike glasses which you can see over and under, contact lenses cover your cornea, correcting your entire field of vision. But contact lenses also have some drawbacks. Kindly consult Ophthalmologist for further advice...
