You need to consult an ophthalmologist in clinic. In case you have diabetes or hypertension please keep it under control.
Your retinal examination is a must.

Sir better to get a check up done with any of your nearby Ophthalmologist to rule out Cataract, Glaucoma or any other issues causing such trouble with vision.
