  4. Blurred vision. While closing eye lid.

I've been having blurred vision from last 2 weeks especially with right eye, pricking sensation while closing eye lid.

You need refraction ,please consult ophthmologist & pricking sensation is due to dryness for which you can use Refresh liquigel 4-5 times daily .

You need a check for glasses. Also use refresh tears 4 times daily
