I had a similar patient the other day with exactky same problem.  Need to examine the temperature,  tecture of toe nail, is it associated with pain or abnormal sensation?? Was thre any injury before this?? Are you a diabetic? Does this happen only innlower limbs?? All these points need to be asked before moving to the treatment. You can consult me omline for help. This needs to be treated.
