Bloody discharge near periods

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I was supposed to get my periods yesterday n i saw bloody in my discharge on day before yesterday at night but i didn't bleed yesterday whole day only my discharge is lil pink. Why I'm not getting my periods n what it can be?
