Blood while passing stool
Sir/Mam, My wife is 30 weeks pregnant , today morning when she went to pass stool she observed blood in the stool this happens twice and the blood was fresh and was mixed at the end of motion wid some drops at the end. However she is not having much constipation. Actually constipation was there at starting of pregnancy wid pain in Anal area, that time we use the Annovate ointment to get relief. But this blood in stool makes us worried. Pls let me the best in order to avoid anything Unpleasant. Thanks and regards

Piles can happen in pregnancy and will get relief after 3 months of pregnancy on its own however do the following tests to find out if any thing serious 1. Ultrasound gestational done for fetal growth and placenta and AFI 2. Bleeding time 3. Clotting time 4. INR ratio

Take Tablet Taxim o 200 mg twice a day for 5 days Syrup Duphalac 4 spoons at bedtime with a glass of water for 2 weeks Smuth/Osil ointment for application per rectum three times a day before and after passing motion and at bedtime Take 3 oranges daily
