Blood vomit aftr alcohol

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I've vomited dark coloured blood today after consuming alcohol last night.i have been treated fot gastrisis 2 mnths back for which i was adviced to take amoxycyllin and clarithromycin for 1 mnth.And from last 3 days i cme to notice that acid levels in my stomach has increased and am unable to eat complete food.pls help me
