Hi. The liver enzymes are slightly on the higher side. If you're experiencing symptoms of increased fatigue this rise will explain it. Further it is necessary to know if it's the first report or you there are other reports with a similar or higher rise. Certain medications also effect the liver enzymes.
It's not a major thing of worry and mostly doesn't need an intervention. But requires further discussion for a definite answer.

It becomes significant.
