Blood sugar test
I recently got my blood sugar test done with fasting and my report showed 99 mg/dl. Had performed the same test 8months ago and it was 84.
Im also currently undergoing homeopathy treatment. Please advise if my report is normal . I do not want to hit 100 mg/dl. Also how do i lower it?

Your report is normal. There can be daily variations in your blood sugar levels as well as reports. If you have a high risk of diabetes, you should also get the following tests done: 2 hr post meal blood sugar, Hba1c.
Regular physical activity, weight loss if overweight and dietary changes will help to keep your levels in normal limits
