BLOOD SUGAR SHOWS HIGH
I am 62 years old. Presently taking Telma-H for BP and Atorlip 5 on alternate days for Cholostrol. When checked my blood my Sugar fasting was 103 and after food 151. Total cholostrol 170, HDL44, ldl 110, ESR 20, SGOT 42, SgPT 52. i have no other health problem visibly. Walk daily atleast 20-30 minutes and am a vegeterian. P,lease advice.

I feel at your age your blood sugars are in optimum range. Don't try to get them lower. You all be inviting risk of hypoglycemia. Are or various international guidelines are your age this is quite optimum.
