Blood Sugar levels
I have been diagnosed with diabetes from past 3years. Am on Cetapin XR 500 2 tablets per day. Now recently checked i have my fasting varying between 110-145 & PPBS between 150-210. HBA1C is 6.7. Is my levels higher?? Should i change in my medication.

Your hba1c seems to signify a fairly good control. I believe the rise in the blood sugar level is recent,  could be due to recent dietary indulgences or lack of exercise or missed doses or interference with other medications etc. I would not recommend change in the dose currently , however you will need to work up on the reasons causing the recent rise in the sugar levels.
