Blood.sugar increase
Is there rise in fasting blood sugar level if it is done immediately after intense running ? I had 124 as fasting sugar after intense running and had Postpradinal sugar of 97.

No. Exercise will decrease blood sugar level. Though fasting sugar is maintained by hepatic glucose output.
