Blood sugar fluctuation
I am 45 yrs old male, weight 74 kgs & Height 5'9 non diabetic and don't take any medication and has family history of Diabetes . In June 22 on investigation My Hba1C was 6.0 Fasting- 100 Since last week I am experienced my blood sugar level on fasting is higher side is 134 , 121, 110 But drops after eating post breakfast reading is 43, 71 & 102 with the result heavy sweating started suddenly after that I am feeling weakness whole day. I wanted to know why this happening again & again , Is this because of I eating mostly carbohydrates Like stuff pratha, potato or rice , white bread Pls advice should I avoid eating carbohydrates or needs medication/ investigation. Thanks in Advance.
