Sir,
I could observe in me there is fluctuation in my heart beat from past 1 month. And I feel my chest is having a hold and no active mind, dimness in mind.
Today I have checked my BP it is 140/100
Pulse rate is 90
ECG is also normal.

Hello,
Your ECG is normal. If it is possible at home take pulse and bp recordings twice a day for 3 days and let me know. Because 1 reading of high bp is not reliable to conclude anything. Consult online with the readings
