Anxiety leads to increase in heart rate and bp during anxiety episodes....considering your age We need not panic... We need to monitor the heart rate and bp... We can make a 12 hourly chart for 7 days.... To check if there is any pattern.... We can add medications accordingly... A routine 12 lead ECG would be helpful ...
