Previously she was taking Telma-40 (mog /evening) I want to know the normal range of BP at the age of 57 female. Or the medicine she is taking right or wrong ? Normal blood pressure for an adult is 120/80. But not everyone have the exact same BP ,it is a constantly changing parameter. so basically BP below 140/90 is considered normal. The drug you've mentioned is Telmisartan which is a good BP lowering drug, but despite of taking that drug BP is not controlled so you need to consult a physician who may add or change the drug.
