Blood Pressure
My son 45+ is on holiday at home only. no office stress, no disease. normal lifestyle and food. normal walking regularily. standard normal sleep. having bp 150/100mmHg regularily post lunch for 5hrs suffers from vertigo and giddiness post lunch. is bp normal ? any treatment and medicine ? thank you, Moti Das

Blood pressure of 150/100 mm of Hg is high. Vertigo and Giddiness post lunch could be because of Acid peptic disease, food allergies , post prandial hypotension and other causes.
Next Steps
Decrease intake of salt, Sugar and carbohydrates. Avoid spicy food. Avoid lying down immediately after intake of food. consult a physician and get his BP recorded and proceed as per his advise in case there is no improvement in symptoms.

BP is high.. It should be in the range of 130/90 If it continues treatment have to be started. Consult online.
