My father had hypertension(BP 160/110-Measured by analog) and he was given medicine as 1. Metocard XL 25   2. Triolmesar 20. But after taking almost 1 month of the medication, now his BP is 87/72-measured by digital Omron monitor. Should he continue his medicine? Or lower his dose? He is a diabetic patient and under two medicine Glyciphage SR 500 and Tenlimac 20. He is also under treatment of prostrate with Maxvoid 8. Please help.

First of all 87/72 is wrong reading. Measure BP by manometer(Mercury). If BP is in lower side ,then take the Triolmesar in half dose.

87 by 72 is theoretically no possible.  Get it checked manually by a doctor before changing any medicine
