Blood pressure
Im getting and average reading of 135-140/85-95 when measued at home using digital meter, should i take medicines, since during work times i suspect this to increase further?

That is ok , medications are not required at present , if u are overweight reducing weight itself resolve the problem , Just diet modification , salt restriction , and moderate exercise is enough at present , After following all these , if your blood pressure more that 140/100, then need to prescribe medications
