Blood pressure
I have runny nose yesterday..taking sinarest last night..today morning i feel weak and pain in left side of chest (feel like something poking for few seconds ..3-4 times happened) .I dont have blood pressure or diabetes before..but blood pressure readings shows 140/90 last week. Visited nearby hospital today. Blood pressure readings 160/110 Spo2 98% Pulse 75 Ecg : attached.. kindly check I feel weak and giddy. Please suggest
