Blood pressure
I am asking this question for my husband as he had high blood pressure before (130/95) and doctor prescribed him cosart 25mg tablet. for past 7 months he is having bp (120/85) and he stopped the tablet and the pressure is still 127/86 range.does he need to take tablet again or can control bp with lifestyle change.i am really frightened that he has to take the medicine life long and is having side effects.please advice what should we do?

If the BP has come under good control i.e around 120/80 Then only lifestyle modifications will help him in future. But do check the BP regularly
