Hey there i am 18 yrs old diagnosed with hypertension 2 weeks ago taking clinidipine 10mg . I checked my bp on right(dominant) hand and bp is 128/85 and then i checked it on right it is 145/96 . I asked my doctor about this he says this is ok.but i still have a doubt cause i am not financially stable and single earning so can someone clear my doubt that its not a health concern please.

There will be difference in BP of lt. And rt. Hand so 128/ 85 looks controlled. Slight variation also comes with digital BP monitors. Otherwise can go for ambulatory BP recording to see the 24 hr.fluctuations
