Hello Doctor, I want to know about my bp. During a day I have noticed during work mp BP is 136/87 and 140/93 , 138/89 and when I am in home my bp is 127/86 and 133/85. Is fluctuation of bp through out day is normal or abnormal? Why bp tend to rise during work or physical activity? How can I lower my bp?

This is normal bp variation during the day. No to worry.Avoid added salt in diet and regular physical activity
