Hello doc I m dealing with mild anxiety for some months
My blood pressure readings are between 90-130 to 95-140 sometimes
Last month I consulted with a cardiologist he suggested me telma 20 in the morning for 2 weeks but I had my wedding in between so it's almost one month of taking telma 20
Can I stop it now
I have not taken any readings since 15 days and had no symptoms
