Blood present in semen

Asked for Male, 55 Years

I am a 55 year old male. Over the last 3-4 weeks I have noticed clear fluid with small amounts of blood discharging before and during orgasm. There has been and is no discomfort or swelling. No noticeable tenderness or external discoloration of the scrotum.
