Blood platlets count decreases
Hi docs, my father suffering frim diabetis from last 20 years and had also bypass surgery of heart, he is taking medicine on daily basis such as BP and sugar, now he had gall bladder stone which requires opertaion but doctor said due to less platlets they can't do the opertaion at that time the count was 80000 platlates its been 3 months,now platlets count decrease to 50000, he also took goat milk to increase but i guess it didn't worked now he go for papaya leaf juice as well as galoue juice please suggest why its decrease and who to increase naturally or need to go under doctor consultaion, its serious case bcoz without reasonable platlets count stone opreation can't be held please suggest the right way?
