Hello there...I can understand your concern. It would have been better if you had posted a photo of the reports. It would have been helped us to guide you further better. There are lot of causes for low platelet and haemoglobin at his age. We will need a more elaborate history and clinical examination should be done. So kindly consult a general physician for further evaluation.
