Blood not coming out onto Pad

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Feb. 5th was the last time I had a period. Over the last month and a half I have had a UTI, a yeast infection, brown blood the last few days. I have taken 12 birth control tests and all of them have either come back negative or the test was broken. Last night I thought I had my period and I got excited. Howver this morning I have very little red blood coming out on to my pad. I only get red blood when I directly wipe. I just need to know what is going on. I am not in any pain or cramping.
