Blood in vomit
Acidity and pains most of the time. Blood in vomit at the end. Not much though.
Had done endoscopy 4 year ago, found out that I have hyperacidity.

I can understand your concern.
I'm sure you must be taking the prescribed treatment consisting antacids.
Just continue those as long as suggested and you will be fine. . consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
