Hi what could be the reasons for blood in urine and doesn't impact anything in our life. Is it a kind of cancer issue?

I understand your problem.
Blood in urine is quite uncommon in male who do not have any habits. But it is possible when there is urinary tract infection and kidney stones and strictures of penis, and the last comes cancer causes. This need investigations and examinations for evalauation. Kindly consult a urologist.
