Blood in stools may be due to haemorrhoids or fissures. But there can be other causes as well. Might as well get a surgeon to see and examine for proper diagnosis and treatment.

I am not sure how much pilex will help but you need to get examined and find out the cause of blood and pain. Consult a surgeon immediately and get yourself properly treated.

Blood in stools can be due to fissure as well as hemorrhoids… so get it checked by a general surgeon. For symptomatic relief do sitz bath with betadine solution for 15 -20 mins for thrice a day. Eat high fibre diet nd take plenty of fluids Apply lox 2% jelly before nd after passing stool. Apply crema gel twice a day
