Hello madam, Blood in faeces ? Are you sure ? And is it present only during periods not during any other normal days? Does it accompany constipation ( difficulty in passing stool)? Most common cause of blood in stools is anal fissure or hemmoroids ( piles) which can be easily treated. Blood in stools only during periods need to be evaluated further.
