Blood in stool
I have been seeing blood in my stool. I had a medical history of piles. On Monday morning I had a hard stool followed by blood. Since then every I visit the toilet, blood comes out with stool. No pain .

Bleeding due to piles is the likely explanation of your problems. However, this can be confirmed only after examination by a proctologist/general surgeon.
Since you are having bleeding every time you pass stools/ regularly, it is better to seek help early. Meet a general surgeon/ proctologist as soon as you can. You may need a procedure as soon as possible, based on the findings of examination.
