  4. Blood in stool. Possibly cause this?

Doctor, I hve seen blood when i went to the toilet today morning.there was no pain or strain during the bowel movement and i am worried.what possibly cause this ? Help me with this doctor.i have taken a tablet(omez capsules) i googled and came to know tht it may cause this kind of problems in stomach
