It is may be senyinel piles.Take- 1)Aesc Hip-200 - 3 drops in half cup water thrice a day for 3 days. 2)Cascara Sag-Q -20 drops in half cup water twice after meal. 3)Aesculus gel- for external application in rectum. Advice-1.do not take spicy food,milk,egg, for atleast 10 days. 2.Sitz bath- sit on warm water pouring ur buttok for 15 minutes thrice a day for 7 days
