Blood in Sputum

I have been noticing some blood in the sputum from past 4-5 days. This is only happens in the morning after waking up. I feel some cough stuck in the throat and when I clear it out the blood is there along with sputum which looks very sticky. Attaching the image of the sputum. Is it a serious issue ? I am very tensed because of this.
