Blood in the semen before 3 months ago but now i had urine infection (cystatis ) i have recovered from it but its paining while urinating and morning time some red coloured urine is comming is it serious condition??

You need to consult a urologist for further evaluation for UTI and may require antibiotics for some time. It’s not a serious issue, relax.
