Blood in nerve in eye
By noon today, the white part of eye was looking fine.. when I went to wash my face few minutes ago, I saw this nerve in my eye which was visibly red (as shown in picture attached). Can some doctor please help by mentioning if it is normal during study/work hours and will be normal if I lie on bed and give rest to my eyes? Or should I get it checked?

This is normal blood vessel
It gets prominent when eye is exposed to dust or dryness or extreme temperatures
