Blood from nose
It's not a nose bleed but bloody crust and little blood when the nose is wiped with tissue.
The ENT advised to apply Fudic Cream inside. Is it safe to use it instead of nostril? The nose is red from inside and the wound is on the inner upper part which makes it difficult to apply the cream, is there a mist that can be used as a substitute?

Yes, you can apply slowly with the help of a Q tip soaked with ointment....
