Blood flow interrupted near neck.

Question

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Pressure develops near right ear from inside on bending head up down or sidewise. Sudden rise n fall of temperature on areas on right ear. It seems blood flow interrupts for moment near neck. Brain MRI report is normal. Consulted Neurologist but doctors have no answer. Plz help. I have no idea which specialist to consult.
