I have donated my blood for an ngo few days ago... nd i have a litter pain over my toe while i'm standing bare foot.... plz tell is this bcoz of i have donate my blood or something else?

i just psychology thinking ...bt its nt happened due to blood donation ...
take lots of fruit , veg , egg n dairy product , glucose u feel much better ....feel gud becoz u donate blood .....

hello there.
your symptoms is no where related to your blood donation.
kindly drink lots of water, have greens and fruits. have high protein diet so that blood gets made in your body.
